T he grapes are carefully selected, after stripping are macerated for 24 hours, before undergoing a soft pressing, the juice obtained after 48 hours of settling, is fermented for 15-20 days at controlled temperature.






Land from the volcanic sands, derived from the fulfillment of masses of lava, very rich in minerals, at an altitude ranging from 650 to 900 mt above sea level with considerable variations between day and night.

Cultivation of the vineyard

Espalier with spurred cordon.

Harvesting period

Second week of October.


After an initial aging in stainless steel vats on fine lees, the wine remains 3-4 months in the bottle.

Alcoholic content

13% vol.

Tasting notes

To view: bright straw yellow;
To the nose: intense aromas reminescent of apple and hawthorn;
On the palate: great freshness and minerality with a peculiar taste of anise;
Combinations: excellent risotto with shellfish, grilled or baked fisch, fried fish, stuffed zucchini flowers in batterfi;
Sized sold: bottles of 0,375 lt and 0,750 lt;
Serving temperature: 10 - 12° C.
